摘要
国际商业代理可分为直接代理、间接代理、隐名代理,在大陆法系和英美法系下,它们各有不同特点。在我国新《合同法》生效后在法律上实际存在这三种代理制度,在代理制度上取得了重大进步,将促进进出口业务的进一步发展。
International commercial affairs agent system can be divided into direct agent ,indirect agent, and sleeping agent. They have different features under the systems of mainland,Britain and America respectively. In our country ,after the New Contract Law coming into effect,there exist these three agent systems. A great progress has been made in the agent system and further development in exporting and importing business.
