加强党总支建设 充分发挥政治核心作用

Strengthen the Construction of General Party Branch and Give Full Play to the Political Core

高校党总支是所在单位的政治核心,是学校党委联系基层、群众的桥梁和纽带。当前,绝大多数党总支的作用发挥得是好的和比较好的,但也存在一些薄弱环节。在新的历史时期,加强党总支的建设,要明确总支的职责,把重点放在支部建设上,加强党员教育,加强总支自身建设,以切实发挥政治核心作用。

The general Party branch of the university is the political core ot the local unit, and is also the bridge and link between the Party committee of the university and the basic levels and masses. At present, the majority of the general Party branches operate effectively, but there exist some weak points. During this new historical period, we should make them aware of the duty, stress the construction of Party branches and give full play to the political core in order to construct the general Party branch.
