Context and Definition of Law Belief

法律信仰概念在不同的语境中具有不同的意蕴。我国学术界在提出这一概念时并未注意到法律信仰的语境差异,因而存在概念定义和使用上的诸多问题。构建法律信仰概念不仅要考虑中国的法律语境,而且还要切合中国人的信仰生活,遵循概念定义和逻辑规则。

The concept of law belief has different connotations in different contexts. The advancement of this concept in academic circles in our country ignored its context differences, hence,problems exist its application in practice. The construction of the concept of law belief should take the following into account: Chinese law context, Chinese people's belief and the definition of concept and logical principles.
