摘要
信息犯罪是在信息活动中利用和针对信息而发生的犯罪,与常规犯罪相比,其手段隐蔽、影响恶劣、后果严重。应采取技术手段、法律手段、伦理手段对信息犯罪进行防治。
Information crime is, in the process of information activities, by means of information .compared with conventional crime,the methods of which remains hidden.with serious influences and consequences. We should be on guard against them by means of technology .law and ethics.
