摘要
家族企业的家族化导致的人力资本匮乏问题已严重制约家族企业的发展。家族企业可通过实施招聘与沟通战略,实施竞争性的薪酬及福利,建立科学的人才选拨机制等措施,广揽人才,提升人力资本。
The familization of clan enterprises results in the problems of shortage of human capital which restricts the development of them. Clan enterprises can promote human capital through the strategies of employment and communication, with competitive salary and welfare and scientific mechanism of choosing talents, etc.
