新世纪,大学图书馆应从管理理念、业务建设、业务机构和人员机制等四个方面进行改革,才能适应网络化信息社会的需求。
University library should reform from the following four aspects : management concept. the establishment of professional work and agencies, and the mechanism of staff members so as to meet the needs of information society with network in the new century.
