社会利益结构的分化,人民内部利益矛盾的日益复杂,是中国共产党代表最广大人民根本利益面临的新问题,解决的根本途径在于加强党的利益整合功能,使党、政府和人民群众在思想上认识一致,制定正确的利益矛盾协调原则,并运用政治、法律和制度等手段。

The division of the structure of social interest and the increasing complicated contradictions of people's inner interest are the new problems facing the Communist Party of China which represents the basic interest of the people. The basic solutions to solve the problems are to strengthen the function of Party's interest,making the Party ,government and people think consistently ,and to lay down correct coordinate principles for interest, with political,lawful and systematic methods ets.
