发展我国城市社区就业的障碍与对策

On the Obstacles of Community Employment in Cities and its Countermeasures

随着市场经济的发展,社区逐渐承担起多种社会服务功能。这为社区就业提供了良好的发展契机。目前由于存在诸多障碍,社区在城市再就业方面的作用并没有充分发挥出来。可通过政府调控,建立服务体系,开发就业岗位,落实优惠政策的措施来发展社区就业。

With the development of market economy-communities gradually take on various social service functions,which can provide good opportunities for community employment. As a result of so many obstacles,the role of community reemployment in cities cannot be fully given. We could establish service system,develop posts for employment,and implement preferential policies to develop community employment.
