On the Security Lawful Environment of Electronic Government Service

电子政务是近几年出现的一个新概念,指公共管理组织在政务活动中,全面应用现代信息技术特别是互联网技术,进行办公、管理,为社会提供各种公共服务的一种治理方式。但电子政务的发展面临着一大制约因素即安全问题。应从黑客、病毒及信息安全、网络安全的法律防范四方面建立电子政务的安全法律环境。

The new conception- electronic government service is the method through which public managements and organizations can run and manage by means of all modern information technologies,especially networks. But electronic government service is confronting one difficulty- security. In this article four demonstrations about hackers、virus、information security and networks security are put forward on how to build the secure environment of e-government service in law.
