摘要
从公共选择角度提供一个分析框架,以说明政治概念的治国论与权术论的统一性。这一框架主要由政治三要素组成:政治是一个过程;权力市场是政治的实现机制;制度安排是政治的表现形式。这一框架具有较大包容性还在于:它不仅可以置换D·Easton的“价值的权威分配”与D·North的“暴力潜能的分配”,而且可以紧扣政治与经济原本存在的关系。
This article attempts to pose an analysis frame from the point of view of public choice to explain the unity of State Administration and Political Trickery in political concepts. This frame is mainly composed of three parts: politics is a process; power market is the mechanism of realizing it; institutional arrangement is the presentation of politics. The frame contains deep sense as follows; it can not only replace D. Easton's 'Authoritative Distribution of Value', and D. North's 'Distribution of Violence Potential', but also keep in contact with the existing relationship between politics and economics.
