摘要
大量的高校科技成果转化为生产力是亟待解决的问题,要在立项、研究等过程中把市场需求作为出发点和归宿点,建立以需求为主的管理模式和成本科技、效益科技的评价机制,营造良好环境,促进产学研相结合。
The commercialization of lots of research results in university is an urgent problem. We should regard the mrket needs as their starting point and destination point in setting up an event and doing reserch, establish the evaluation mechanism involving needs-centered management, cost technique and profit technique, and construct favorable environment to promote the combination of production, learning and research.
