以C-D生产函数模型为依据,确定大学生人才素质优劣的评价指标体系,即根据人才的内在要素、人才的外在因素和人才所处的外部环境因素,建立人才素质的价值评估模型。可用这种方法进行大学生素质的综合评价。

Based on C-D production function model,the evaluation quota for qualified personnel quality is determined, namely,according to talents' internal factors,external factors,and outside environments to establish value e-valuation mode for qualified personnel. By means of this,the comprehensive evaluation of students' quality can be carried out.
