摘要
强制执行的顺畅与司法独立都是司法现代化的标志 ,两者相辅相成、互相作用。执行难与司法不能真正独立都是我国司法改革的重要内容。
Both the smooth of compulsory execution and judicial independence are the mark of modernization of judiciary,they complementing each other and affecting each other. The difficulty of execution and judicial's unable to remain independentce genuinely are the two important tasks for judicial reform.
