摘要
职业教育有其自身的特点和学习规律 ,教师必须具有现代教育的观念和方法才能完成有效的教学。要以素质教育思想为指导 ,开展以突出能力本位为主要内容的职教课程教学改革。课堂教学设计和教学方法的选择对教学成效具有较大影响。
Because of vocational education's characteristics and studying rules,teachers must have modern education concept and method to accomplish effective teaching.Guided by quality education,teachers must develop Course teaching reform contented mainly by ability.The choice of class-teaching design and method has great efficiency on teaching achievement.
