摘要
分配激励机制是激发教职工工作积极性、创造性的有效制度安排。在分配制度中 ,选择合适的考核办法 ,并将考评结果与薪酬相结合 ,以形成科学合理的激励机制。
Distribution-Incentive system is an effective arrangement to improve workers' activity and creation in universityes.It must form a scientific and reasonable encouragement system by choosing suitable examing method and combining the result of evaluation and the change of salary in distribution system.
