高校人事干部队伍建设浅议

On the Establishment of Personnel Ranks in University

当前高校人事干部队伍结构不合理 ,思想不稳定 ,工作效率不高。提高高校人事干部队伍的思想政治素质 ,培养其良好的责任感和事业心 ,加强继续教育培训 ,是高校建设和发展的迫切需要。

At present,public officials in personnel department in univesity demonstrates irrational structure among the ranks,unstable thought and inefficiency in their work. It is urgent for us to improve their ideological and political quality,foster good sense of responsibility and cause,strengthen continuing education for the development of university.
