摘要
高等教育大众化使普通高校的学风建设更显重要。高校必须营建一个有利于学生学习和成长的环境氛围 ,主要的是要加强教师教风的建设、学生学风的建设和学术气氛的创建 ,努力培养出适应社会发展和需要的高质量人才。
The construction of the style of study seems more important because of the mass education in universities. It must be built an environment which is suitable for students’ studying and growing in universities. The main methods are to strengthen the style of teaching and studying to train high quality talents to meet the needs of social development.
