《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》和《正确处理社会主义现代化建设中的若干重大关系》是两篇重要的历史文献 ,但发表的时代背景不同 ,其立足点和要解决的主要问题也有所不同。后者揭示了中国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设过程中带有全局性和规律性的问题 。

On correctly dealing with the problems of people’s inner contradictory and On correctly dealing with some important relationships in the establishment of socialist modernization are two important historical literature,while the backgrounds of their publication are different and the problems to be solved are also different.The latter reveals the problems with the whole and the law in the process of China’s reform to the outside and the establishment of socialist modernization,and is also the theoretical inheritance and creation of the former.
