摘要
素质教育是以全面提高公民品德、科技文化、身体心理、劳动技能素质 ,培养能力 ,发展个性全方位发展的大教育观。工程技术的高度全面的综合特征要求工程技术人员应是专才与通才相结合的高素质、全面发展的人才。要实现素质教育的目标 ,必须更新教育观念 ,坚持教学改革与实践。
Quality education is the macro educational concept with comprehensive improvement of citizens’ moral,scientific culture,physically and psychologically,quality in laboring,cultivation of ability and developing individuality etc.The high demanding of engineering technology needs engineers and technicians with high quality.The realization of quality education should reform educational concept,insist on teaching reform and practice,and establish scientific quality educational course system and evaluation system.
