摘要
我国现行的几种实施股票期权模式 ,都存在激励效果不明显的问题。应加强制度建设 ,完善公司治理机制 ,实施相机治理模式 。
There existes the problems of unclear efficiency in encouragement system in the severd share option modes used now.To improve the running situation of managers' share option, Companies must strengthen the system building,consummate the managing and carry out the governing policies for situation.
