摘要
高校共青团工作要以学生宿舍为基地 ,建立政治辅导员、公寓管理员和学生“自管会”三位一体的管理队伍 ,突出社团活动 ,强化公寓的德育和文化功能 ,强化服务职能 。
To practise the work of the League in universities, we should take students' dormitory as the base and establish a management team including political assistant, the person organizing the dormitory and students' self controlling organization to strengthen dormitory's moral and cultural function and also its function to serve students' growth.
