摘要
规范性是劳动力市场的重要特征。目前我国劳动力市场运行机制不健全 ,法律规则不统一 ,执法手段不完善。应加强立法 ,改进执法 ,依法规范我国的劳动力市场 ,使其健康、有序地发展。
Standardization is an important feature in labor market. At present, the operating mechanism in labor market is imperfect, the law regulations are not unified and the means to enforce it is not better. We should strengthen legislation, improve the enforcement of the law and standardize the labor market by law to develop in healthily and in order.
