摘要
我国物业市场因法律不健全、主体不成熟、体制不完善等严重影响行业的发展和诚信建设进程。要加强政府宏观调控 ,严格行业自律 ,深化住房制度改革 ,建立有效的物业管理监督机制 ,努力营造诚信的物业管理市场。
Due to the imperfect law and system in our property management,the development of it is seriously influenced.We should strengthen macro regulation of the government,be strict with the discipling,deepen the reform of housing and establish effective supervision mechanism to create integrity in property management.
