生态环境质量是以人与自然的协调为基础的。人类要追求生活高质量,经济高效益,必须注重环境、经济和社会三者的协调统一。
The quality of ecological environment is based on the harmonious development between human beings and nature. To pursue high quality in their life, high efficiency in economy, man must pay attention to the harmonious unity of environment, economy and society.
