摘要
医疗保健事业的发展使医疗纠纷案件呈现许多新的特点。人民法院应当谨慎审理医疗纠纷,正确把握审判方向,树立科学的审判理念,维护医患双方的合法权益。
With the development of medical care,the disputes in medical treatment demonstrate new features.People’s court should be cautious of in the trial of the disputes,carry out the trial correctly,and foster scientific trial idea to maintain the legal rights of both sides.
