岗位津贴制度是高校分配制度的重要组成部分。高校岗位津贴制度的实施,要统一教职工思想,深化学校人事制度改革,优化分配方案,并科学严格地考核。
The system of job subsidy is an important part in university distribution system. The implementation of job subsidy system should unify the thoughts of staff members, deepen the reform of personnel system, optimize distribution scheme and evaluate scientificall and strictly.
