对技工院校教师必须坚持充分尊重、感情沟通、事业支持、生活体贴、率先垂范的人本管理原则,努力营造一个平等、愉悦、宽松、和谐的工作氛围,为院校发展提供智力支持。
In technical school,we should abide by the management principles of showing full respect to teachers,support their work,be considerate and set good examples to them to create an equal,happy,relieved and harmonious work atmosphere to provide intelligent support for the development of whole school.
