摘要
提高体育教学质量,应在体育教学实践中把握并用以下体育教学规律:评价导向规律;内因决定规律;成长差异和个别差异规律;动作技能形成的规律。
The teaching of PE has its own regularities, which restricts and controls PE teaching . Therefore, to improve the teaching quality of PE, we should know the rules and use them to guide our teaching. The author of this article thinks that the following rules should be applied in our teaching practice.
