摘要
选课制激发了学生的学习积极性,增强了教师的质量竞争意识,推动了学校教学改革的深化。进一步优化选课制在于加强学生选课的引导教育,创新专业培养方案,完善教师考核办法和选课管理制度。
Curricular-variable system encourages students to display more initiative in study,strengthens teachers' sense of quality competition and deepens the teaching reform in university.To further optimize curricular-variable system lies in strengthening the guidance,creates cultivation plan,better the evaluation method and the administration of curricular-variable system.
