法治内蕴着对人权的保护。从实在法角度来看,民法中的人格权制度是人权保护的重要组成部分,是法治理念的接受和实践的必然结果。
The rule of law protects human rights.From the angle of the affirmed law,the institution of the rights of personality is important in civil law,which is the acceptance of legal concept and the necessary result of practice.
