摘要
为适应大众化教育,班主任应贴近学生,做学生的朋友,强化学生的教育成本意识,提倡学习积累观念,引导学生搞好学习。
In order to adapt to popular education,the teacher in charge of a class should be close to students and become their friends,strengthen their sense of educational cost,advocate the idea of accumulation in learning and guide them to study hard.
