摘要
当前,高校毕业生就业工作面临新的挑战。做好毕业生就业工作,需要构建高校就业指导工作体系,进行全程化就业指导,并加快软硬件建设,确保就业指导工作流程运作通畅。
At present,graduates in university face new challenge in job-seeking.In order to the work well,we should construct job-seeking guidance system to carry out all-round guidance and speed up the construction of both software and hardware to guarantee the work of job-seeking.
