摘要
“超负”的原因是多方面的 ,既有观念方面的因素 ,也有现实的影响。“减负”的前提是数量“减负”,“减负”的长久之计是全面提升教育质量 。
Students' overloaded homework is caused by many factors existed in educational ideas and situation. The precondition for lightening students' academic burden is to reduce the burden in quantity. Improving the quality of education is the resolution in the long run.
