Technology Innovation Strategy of the Medium and Small Sized Enterprise

介绍中小企业技术创新及相关的一些概念 ,并就技术创新的形式、R&D与技术创新的关系、技术创新的意义等理论进行探讨 ,分析在我国中小企业建立技术创新机制的紧迫性和途径。

This paper briefly introduces the concept of Technology Innovation (TI)of the medium and small sized enterprise and others related to TI, approaches the significance and theory of TI from the form, R&D with TI, significance; and analyses the pressing for time and the way TI mechanism is built in the medium and small sized enterprise.
