Experimental Study on Health Education for Mentally Retarded Students

摘要 对智力残疾学生进行健康教育的实验研究表明 ,由研究者对健康教育课的教师进行巡回指导和集中培训相结合的方式 ,是解决智力残疾学校健康教育师资力量不足的一种可行的方式。健康教育的效果明显 :提高智力残疾学生选择健康行为的主动性 ;基本卫生行为的训练易在低年级进行 ;对“晚上刷牙”行为的形成及“咬指甲”等不良行为的消除则需要较长的时间。借助家庭这一支持系统的力量 ,能使健康教育的效果得到加强。 Experimental study on health education for mentall y retarded students has shown that researcher adopting touring direction and con centrated training to the teachers who carry on health education is a feasible w ay, which can solve the problem of the short of teachers in the schools for ment ally retarded children. The results indicate that: 1.implementing the health edu cation can improve the initiative of the mentally retarded children to choose th e healthy behaviors; 2.it is easy to give the basic healthy behaviors training t o the young children; 3.it needs a long time to form the healthy behaviors such as 'brushing teeth at night' and to eliminate the unhealthy behaviors such as ' biting the fingernails'. Family support can improve the effect of health educati on.
