从中美特殊教育的比较看“个别化教育计划”在中国的实施 被引量:16

摘要 个别化教育计划在美国产生于 2 0世纪 70年代中期 ,历经 2 0多年的实施与改进 ,已经形成比较完善的规模。本文旨在通过对中美两国个别化教育计划实施过程中若干问题的比较 ,借鉴美国实施个别化教育计划的经验和教训 ,对在我国如何实行个别化教育计划提出个人的建议与思考。 Individualized Education Program emerged in USA. From 1970s to now, people put it into effect and improve it gradually. With the implementation and verification for more than 20 years, IEP forms to be relatively perfect scale. It is clear that the culture, economy andeducation are quite different from China to USA. So it is necessary for us to compare the detailissues about IEP in USA and with those in China. We can refer to the precedent in USA and take the experience and lessons. Thus, how to successfully carry out IEP in China is a challenge for us to overcome. This study presents some suggestion and consideration in this field.
