摘要
本文在充分肯定特殊教育对残疾人进行感官缺陷补偿、知识传授以及职业技能培训的基础上 ,针对特教实践中对残疾人精神需求重视不够的现象 ,提出特殊教育不仅要为残疾人未来的职业生活做准备 ,还得为他们的精神奠基 ,为其精神的健康成长打下亮丽的底色。这是残疾人获得人的尊严以及较高生存质量的基本保证 ,是特教魂之所在。
On the bases of affirming the roles of special education about providing to handicapped the limitation compensation, knowledge instruction and professional training, and aiming at the phenomena of giving handicapped not enough concerns on the spiritual requirements in special education, this paper put forward the opinions that the objectives of special education not only aim at the preparative of the intending occupational live of handicapped, but also promote the lever of their mantel health. The author emphasis that the main objective of special education must help handicapped acquiring the dignities and higher existential qualities.
