论“以人为本”的评价内涵与实践

摘要 “以人为本”,从发人深省的理念到身体力行的实践,越来越多的人体会到人性化的思考与关怀的教育价值。新课程视野下“以人为本”的学生评价,其价值取向、伦理准则与行为目标,都应该以尊重和促进每一个学生的人格发展为基点。而重视评价的心理效应,关注学生的处境与体验;重视评价的个性化反应,突显学生的思维与潜力的开发;倡导学习与评价的一体化,强化评价的激励功能,淡化评价的督促痕迹,则是“以人为本”思想在学生评价中的具体体现。 As for the 'human-oriented' conception, from thought-provoking ideas to the earnest practice, more and more people have realized the educational value of humanized thinking and care. Under the new curriculum, the value orientationethical criterion and behavior objectives of human-oriented evaluation by students should be based upon the respect for and promotion to the development of the personality of every and each student. Furthermore, the embodiment of human-oriented evaluation by students should include the following aspects: attaching importance to the psychological effect of evaluation, paying attention to students' conditions and experience, emphasizing individual effect of evaluation to exploit thinking ability and potentiality of students, proposing integration of study and evaluation to depreciate the impression of evaluation, etc.
