摘要
以价值营销理论为指导,分析了图书馆读者的让渡价值系统的构成与特点,提出了图书馆成功实施价值营销要从树立价值营销战略思想、人员素质和能力的培养、整合营销策略的运用、业务流程重组等方面入手。
Guided by the theory of value marketing, the paper makes an analysis of the formation and characteristics of value transfer system of readers in the library, and suggests that the strategic idea of value marketing be set up and attention be paid to the training of the staff's quality and ability, to the application of readjustment of marketing tactics and to the reorganization of business process if the library wants to successfully implement value marketing.
