对独立学院人才培养中存在的问题和形成的原因进行剖析,结合存在的问题提出了一些针对性的对策。独立学院的人才培养模式一定要结合校情、生情进行设计,不能简单地移植照搬。

This paper analyzes the existing problems and the corresponding causes in the education of the students in Independent Colleges, and then puts forward some pertinent countermeasures against the existing problems. Meanwhile, the paper stresses that the realistic situations and the students' quality conditions must be taken into consideration for a specific design in the education mode rather than a simple transplantation of the traditional education methods.
