The Adaptability and Illustration of the Middle and Primary School Teachers on New Courses

摘要 国家基础教育课程改革顺畅与否,教师被视为关键因素。现在透视教师对新课程环境适应能力的基础上,尝试分析缘由并为今后指明努力方向:教师对改革具有较高的心理认同;教师的知识体系有待重新构建;教师需努力实现课堂教学行为的“知行一致”。 Teacher is the key which decides whether the curriculum reform will be successful. On the basis of the middle and primary school teachers' adaptability on new courses, this paper tries to explain and show direction for the future: teachers have more psychological identity on reform; teachers' knowledge system should be rebuilt; teachers' teaching methods should be consensus to their cognition.
