摘要
基于分析教育实习过程中暴露的一些问题,提出了师范院校数学教学改革的必要性,由此提出了几点改革措施。
This paper, through sizing up the problems occurred during the teaching practice, indicates the weakness in the teaching methods of training future middle school teachers and therefor puts forward some tact to shorten the period of students' turning into teachers.
