摘要
人文教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,并为创新人才的培养和高校学生管理制度的实施奠定了深厚的基础。以此分析目前高职院校人文教育的开展情况及学生管理工作的现状,进而提出相关的改进性建议。
Humanistic education,an important component part of the quality-oriented education,has laid a solid foundation for(training) innovative talents and implementing the management system of the college students.The paper analyses the status quo of the(humanistic)education and the management of the students in the vocational colleges,and puts forth relevant suggestions for improvement.
