摘要
加入世界贸易组织将对中国社会各界产生各种各样的影响 ,试从市场体系、证券经营机构、投资理念方面阐述了加入世界贸易组织对中国证券业的冲击 ,并从业务范围、资本规模、人力资源、风险控制方面阐述了中国证券业对此的应对措施。
Entering WTO will have various effects on all fields of China. Briefly discusses the impact that Chinese securities field will face after entering WTO. Some corresponding measures are also introduced concerning securities business field, capital scale, human resoureces as well as risk control.
