摘要
介绍一种智能型可控同步器,以其为原同步器的更新换代产品,应用于125MW、200MW及其它中小型机组上,可以在解决原汽轮机同步器普遍存在的打滑、空行程、卡涩、电液跟踪精度差、切换时负荷扰动大、无法与控制装置通信、漏油等问题的基础上,实现汽轮机启动、升速、加减负荷的精确远操和同步器控制型DEH(数字电液调节)功能。
Introduces an intelligent controllable synchronizer.Applied it in 125MW,200MW and other smallside,middleside turbines can solve the faults of the old such as skid,null displacement,lock,low track accuracy,high switching disturbance,leak and unable to communicate with control device.At the same time,it can accomplish the accurate remote control of starting,acceleration and load adjusting of turbine.
