论当前高校师资队伍建设的几个基本转变

我国高等教育的改革和发展为师资队伍建设提供了新的平台和机遇 ,使师资队伍建设在观念、目标取向、分配制度、聘任制度及人力资源构成上出现了几个基本转变 ,文中对此做了初步探索。

Reform and development of colleges and universities in our country offer new platform and opportunity for faculty building, makes it appearing some basic transitions on idea, aim, distribution system,engagement system and manpower resource structure,etc.This paper discusses them elementarily.
