新形势下的新任务促使西部地方政府要转换角色 ,充当国家开发战略的实施者、地方经济开发的调控者、市场经济秩序的维护者和地方经济建设的服务者等多重角色。同时 ,要从观念上、制度上。
New tasks under the new circumstances makes local governments in west China Change their roles, being executors of west China development strategy, intermediators and controllers in local economic development, defenders of the order of market economy , and servants to the local economic construction. The renewal of role must be based on ideas, systems and organizations.
