摘要
本文以昌平小汤山疗养院非典病人收治隔离区内数字视频综合应用系统建设为背景,结合作者的实际工程经验,较为详细地分析了H.320、H.323视频会议标准,以及H.261、H.263和Mpeg2、Mpeg4图像压缩编码标准,并着重对数字视频图像监控系统和数字视频会议系统(含可视对讲应用)进行了阐述,同时提出了建设性的应用解决方案,与同志们共同研讨。
The background of this article is the setup process of DVIAS in XiaoTangshan Hospital. The author, who has plenty of practical experience, describes the standard of H.320, H.323, H.261, H.263 and Mpegs . He puts the emphasis upon both Video Surveillance System and Video - conference System (containing Video - talking System) to show his own opinion and resolved solution.
