摘要
本文论述了影响军用直升机使用寿命的基本因素,提出了视情退役的新概念。并根据我国直升机的使用现状,讨论了视情退役应该具备的基本条件。
In this paper,we propose three principal faceors influencing on military helicopter service life.New concept is also pre- sented,named as Conditioned-Based Retirement(CBR).Furthermore,we briefly discuss the primal requirement for CBR according to the current state of our national helicopter operation.
