摘要
对核电站概率安全分析模型中人因事件的风险重要性进行了讨论。岭澳核电站风险重要的前 5 0个最小割集中 ,包含人因事件的有 2 8个 ,占总堆芯熔化频率的 39.1%。讨论了两个风险重要度 :割集重要度 (Fussell- Vesely im -portance,FV)和风险增加当量 (risk achievem ent worth,RAW)得到的 North Anna核电站单个电站审查中风险重要人因事件特点。FV重要度前 10位人因事件都为事故后人因事件 ;RAW重要度前 10位人因事件中包括发生概率较低的事故前人因事件和发生概率较高的事故后人因事件。
The risk importance of human events in nuclear power plant probabilistic safety assessment models was analyzed. The LingAo assessment model results show that in the first 50 risk important minimal cut sets, 28 involved human events, accountting for 39.1% of the core damage frequency. The characteristics of risk important human events in the North Anna individual plant examination were analyzed based on the Risk Achievement Worth and the Fussell-Vesely importance. All of the first 10 human events of the Fussell-Vesely importance are post-initiator human events. The first 10 human events of the Rish Achievement Worth include both pre-initiator human events with relatively low possiblity and post-initiator human events with relatively high possibility. These characteristics can be used to design prevention and limitation measures.
